During our Skills Day Camp, athletes will be put through specific warm-up, exercises, drills, progressions and conditioning to assist with their trampoline and aerials skill development. This camp is intended to be a more intense, skills-focused week!
**TUMBLING AND TRAMPOLINE IS FULL**
Please Note: Due to COVID-19 Guidelines, we are required to operate skills camp in consistent cohorts (groups/classes) of no more than 10 individuals (including both staff and camp participants) who stay together throughout the duration of the program for a minimum of 5 days.
*We have permission for MULTIPLE COHORTS (groups/classes) to train in the gym at the same time, as long as they are occupying their own space. Therefore, we will be offering two groups/classes (tumbling/trampoline and aerials/trampoline) that will run from 9:00am – 12:00pm Monday to Friday. Athletes may only participate in ONE class during the full week, as cohorts cannot mix with other cohorts (but feel free to sign up for the other class during week 2 of skills camp in August!).
*In addition, skills camp will be hands-free coaching, in order to adhere to physical distancing rules (hopefully this changes as Ontario enters stage 3 of re-opening). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but are excited to get back in the gym!
