Skills Day Camp 2 – Full Week, Tumbling and Trampoline

August 4 – 7

Time: Tuesday to Friday 9:00am – 12:00pm

Age: 10+

During our Skills Day Camp, athletes will be put through specific warm-up, exercises, drills, progressions and conditioning to assist with their tumbling and trampoline skill development. This camp is intended to be a more intense, skills-focused week!


Please Note: Due to COVID-19 Guidelines, we are required to operate skills camp in consistent cohorts (groups/classes) of no more than 10 individuals (including both staff and camp participants) who stay together throughout the duration of the program for a minimum of 5 days. 

*We have permission for MULTIPLE COHORTS (groups/classes) to train in the gym at the same time, as long as they are occupying their own space. Therefore, we will be offering two groups/classes (tumbling/trampoline and aerials/trampoline) that will run from 9:00am – 12:00pm Monday to Friday. Athletes may only participate in ONE class during the full week, as cohorts cannot mix with other cohorts. 

*In addition, skills camp will be hands-free coaching, in order to adhere to physical distancing rules (hopefully this changes as Ontario enters stage 3 of re-opening). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but are excited to get back in the gym!
