Teen Conditioning & Stretch (Tuesday, 1 Class)

Tuesday, 6:15pm – 7:00pm

Cost – $10 + HST (For 1 Class)
Class coach: Nat

Participants will begin with an active warm-up and stretch. This will be followed by physical conditioning with an area of focus, ie. Core and Legs, Core and Arms, etc. The class will conclude with a cool-down and passive stretch.
