The move is now official! OAA celebrated its grand opening on September 15, 2018, surrounded by family, friends and athletes. We can not thank everyone enough for their support on not only this special day, but the support shown throughout the past years, which has made it possible for this dream to become a reality.
Our opening featured trial classes with new and familiar faces, demonstrations from our competitive athletes and a ribbon cutting ceremony with Cameron, Leah, David Pickles, Regional Councillor – Ward 3 and Pickering Mayor Dave Ryan. It is so exciting to be in a new space we can call our own and we cannot wait to see where we go from here.
