One 45 min class per week

Parent and Toddler Gymnastics is a 45-minute program with an instructor that works through circuits throughout the gym with a participant and their parent/guardian for assistance. This is a great introduction to fundamental movements enjoyed through the fun of gymnastics and acrobatics for participants from walking age to 3.
Tyke Gymnastics is a 45-minute structured program where athletes rotate through circuits on the floor developing balance, coordination, jumping, running and creating a base for their fundamental movement patterns. Athletes will be introduced to gymnastics equipment including trampoline, bars, balance beam, and aerial silks hammock.

Kinder Gymnastics is a 1-hour program where participants work on specific foundational gymnastics skills on various apparatus. From tumbling basics like cartwheels, fundamental landing positions and shapes on trampoline, to hangs and swings on bars, this is a great class to showcase foundations to gymnastics.

Junior Gymnastics and Acrobatics is a 55 minute class that is geared towards gymnasts who love to do a bit of everything. Athletes will be introduced to aerial apparatus, trampoline skills, and general circuits, all while continuing to develop their tumbling basics.
Trampoline and Power Tumbling is our biggest program combining the thrill of power tumbling with the aerial skills of trampoline. Athletes will rotate between our trampolines, power track, air track, and the double-mini.
Trampoline is an Olympic sport comprising of death-defying aerial skills from a trampoline bed helping an individual reach new heights of gymnastics sport. We have training aids such as our overhead spotting harness and bungee system to help develop our athlete’s goals to safely learn how to flip on a trampoline. Our educated and experienced staff allow athletes to progress in a safe environment all while having fun!

Participants will develop strength, power, agility, endurance, and flexibility. This class is for athletes wanting to build a strong foundation, increase their self-confidence and focus, and ultimately improve proficiency in their specific sport. This is not a gymnastics class.

Participants develop skills across the six apparatuses—floor, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar—while building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Classes rotate through 2 apparatuses each week. All genders may register.

General Acrobatics is a unique class that exposes each participant to trampoline, tumbling, and aerial acrobatics. Athletes get to mix it up each practice and enjoy all that OAA has to offer without having to focus on a specific activity. A great program as well for someone that just loves to move around and not sure which specific activity they may enjoy the most.
The hand-balancing class can help anyone learn their first handstand or take a seasoned pro to the next level. Much of this class will be spent on the handstand with some time spent on other hand balances. Athletes will see improved balance, upper body strength, coordination, and a greater level of comfort on their hands.
Adult Artistic Gymnastics offers a fun, supportive environment to learn the fundamentals of Artistic gymnastics. Participants learn skills across the apparatuses – vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, pommel horse, & rings – while building strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. Participants will rotate through 2 apparatuses each week with certified coaches guiding athletes through safe and fun skill development.
An Intro to Spin class is a welcoming and supportive indoor cycling session designed for those new to spin. The class introduces the basics of bike setup, proper riding form, and cycling techniques at a comfortable pace. With low-impact, beginner-friendly intervals and guided instruction, participants build confidence, improve cardiovascular fitness, and get familiar with spin workouts in a fun, non-intimidating environment.
