OAA offers a variety of programs for the young to the young at heart!  Our experienced staff work to help each individual reach their goals through the expression of movement.

Our classes run based on a monthly membership; you may register and un-enroll anytime!

Preschool (Ages 6 & Under)

One 45 min class per week
4 Weeks: $68.61 +HST per month*
5 Weeks: $85.76 +HST per month*

Parent & Tot (Walking to 3)

Parent and Tot Gymnastics is a 45-minute program where participants are guided through circuits throughout the gym by an instructor and assisted by their parent/guardian. This is a great introduction to fundamental movements for the participant, enjoyed through the fun of gymnastics and acrobatics.

Tyke Gymnastics & Acrobatics (3 & 4)

Tyke Gymnastics is a 45-minute program where athletes rotate throughout the gym on various apparatuses in a structured class. Participants will work through circuits on the floor developing balance, coordination, jumping, running and creating a base for their fundamental movement patterns. Additionally, athletes will be introduced to the power track and trampolines.

Kinder Gymnastics & Acrobatics (4 to 6)

Kinder Gymnastics is a 60-minute program where participants work on more specific gymnastics skills on various apparatuses. From tumbling basics like handstands and cartwheels, to fundamental landing positions on trampoline, this is a great class to showcase foundations to gymnastics.

Junior Gymnastics & Acrobatics

Junior Gymnastics and Acrobatics is a 55 minute class that is geared towards gymnasts who love to do a bit of everything. Athletes will be introduced to aerial apparatus, trampoline skills, and general circuits, all while continuing to develop their tumbling basics.

Junior Trampoline Acrobatics

Trampoline is an Olympic sport comprising of death-defying aerial skills from a trampoline bed helping an individual reach new heights of gymnastics sport. We have training aids such as our overhead spotting harness and bungee system to help develop our athlete’s goals to safely learn how to flip on a trampoline. Our educated and experienced staff allow athletes to progress in a safe environment all while having fun!

Athletes use various aerial apparatuses including: silks, straps, lyra (hoop), and static trapeze to showcase artistic movement patterns that demonstrate strength and flexibility. These apparatuses are widely used in circus performance for its unique artistry and acrobatics. A great compliment to the strength and flexibility of dancers and gymnasts or for those who just love to climb! The aerial program is offered from junior age to adult.

Youth & Teen Off-Axis Acrobatics

This class is geared towards Snowboarders and Skiers looking to improve their off-axis flips. This class is perfect for children who enjoy trampoline, tumbling, or parkour-style movement and are ready to take their skills to the next level.

Athletes will use the trampolines to learn controlled off-axis flips and twists, develop spatial awareness and safe landing techniques, build strength, coordination, and confidence, and practice creative skills and twisting combinations.

Athletes get to mix it up each practice and enjoy all that OAA has to offer without having to focus on a specific activity. A great program as well for someone that just loves to move around and not sure which specific activity they may enjoy the most.

Adult Hand Balancing

Our hand balancing class can help the average athlete learn their first handstand or take a seasoned pro to the next level. Much of this class will be spent on the handstand with parts spent on other hand balances. Athletes will see improved balance, upper body strength, coordination, and a greater level of comfort on their hands.

Adult Intro to Spin

An Intro to Spin class is a welcoming and supportive indoor cycling session designed for those new to spin. The class introduces the basics of bike setup, proper riding form, and cycling techniques at a comfortable pace. With low-impact, beginner-friendly intervals and guided instruction, participants build confidence, improve cardiovascular fitness, and get familiar with spin workouts in a fun, non-intimidating environment.

Mastery of Movement (ages 50+)

Improve your balance, mobility, strength, and overall fitness, while experiencing the joy of movement.
You will be guided through an active warm-up and stretch, followed by circuits, progressions, and targeted exercises to improve stability, coordination, range of motion, as well as the enjoyment of acrobatic focused movements including rolling, rebounding, balance, and landings.

Participants will be guided through circuits that will be modified for each individual, welcoming beginners, but also allowed objectives to be modified for more advanced movement patterns.
