The OAA competitive programs focus on building self-confidence and create an overall positive outlook on the athletes’ experiences. Our goal is to provide the necessary tools to help each individual reach his/her full potential. The intensity of each program is second to the enjoyment of movement and exercise. We are not only looking for competitive performance but the development of physical, technical and psychological characteristics that go far beyond gymnastics, performance, and competition.
OAA has competitive programs for the young to the young-at-heart, from invitational club level to the international stage. An individual may receive an invitation to join the Team Program by one of three ways: being referred by a senior OAA coach, transferring from another competitive program at another club, or undergo a Team Program aptitude test, which is done by appointment only at a cost of $68.90+HST.
